Meredith is Managing Director of Merryck & Co. ANZ, the leading global mentoring firm, which specializes in mentoring business leaders. She is also the Chairman of specialist logistic provider, BagTrans and a Board member of Chief Executive Women (CEW). She has had a diverse executive and board career, encompassing financial and other professional services, manufacturing, energy and mineral resources, logistics, leisure, airport, telecommunications and environment sectors. Meredith has a strong interest in mental health issues, which has led her to gain a Masters in Counselling and Applied Psychotherapy, volunteer as a telephone crisis counsellor with Lifeline and agree to be Patron of mindDog. Her other voluntary work includes chairing the Mosman Zone Red Shield Appeal Committee for the Salvation Army and the Business Engagement Committee of CEW.
Meredith’s other qualifications include Master’s degrees in Law (with Honours in International Business Law) and an Arts Degree majoring in Italian, L.Mus.A in piano and Advanced Management Programmes at University of Virginia and Macquarie University. She was awarded a Centenary Medal for her Contribution to Australian Society in Business Leadership, was an Australian Eisenhower Fellow to USA to study change management in corporations and a member of the Australian delegation to negotiate the United Nations Convention on Climate Change. She has an incredible daughter, a wonderful husband and two of the best dogs in the world – Oscar and Bess.
